Location
For Park & Enduro riders, rocksresort is next to the Crap Sogn Gion bike lift, providing lift access to the resort's black rated flow trail and to the advanced enduro routes up to Vorab glacier and the UNESCO tectonic arena. Two challenging ebike routes start for here. For cross country riders, novice ebikers and family rides, a network of gravel trails running through the Flimserwald forest is located nearby. Laax School, offering courses and kids camps, and a skills area are on your doorstep.
Wellness
Your bathroom at rocksresort is like your very own mini spa with a deep stone bath tub and rainforest shower. Yoga and Tai Chi classes take place daily in the morning and evening and guests enjoy 20% discount on all sessions. Yoga sessions are also organised at the beautiful Lake Cauma.
Families
Families with children will enjoy the Urban Surfwave and playground area, and the nearby Freestyle Academy. The hotel also offers a baby sitting service.

Located in the heart of Flims, Hotel Adula is connected to the network of gravel trails running through the Flimserwald forest and circular tours along the Rhine Gorge, ideal for novice riders, ebikers and families. For Park and Enduro riders, a quick 5 minute ride to the Flims ski lift gives lift access to the resort's red rated flow trail and the head of a challenging route up to the Vorab Glacier. In Flims you'll find the Trek bike & ebike demo centre, Laax Rental and the Laax School & skills area offering courses and kids camps.
